Egg is high rich Protein contains. You can have it without yellow that is having cholesterol problem.
Egg is favourite of vegetarian people also. In emergency scenario you can cook egg dishes minimal time like omlet,boiled egg,vegetable omlet,burji,egg curry.

Egg is a very easy & tasty option for our meal. Here I have cook egg burji street style but in healthy way with less oil .
Chopped onion (4-5 medium size)
Chopped tomato (2-3 medium size)
2 capsicums chopped
3 spoon oil, 2 tspoon ginger garlic paste
1 tspoon chilly powder,1 tspoon garam masala powder,1/2 tspoon turmeric,1 tspoon chicken masala
Chat masala & peri-peri masala for flavor
Amul butter melted ½ cup
Take a kadai add oil after heat add ginger garlic paste & spices mixed well then add chopped onion & tomato.
Add peri-peri & chat masala for flavor & also add chicken masala. Mixed well
Add chopped capsicum into it. Mixed well then pour the whisk egg & stir it.
Cover the lid cook on low flame. Add salt as per taste & garam masala.
Mixed well, burji is ready to serve.
Take iron tawa after heating add Amul butter on it( you can add pizza seasoning for flavor)
Put the Pav on it & heat the both the sides.
You can serve hot burji pav & enjoy it!
