Nowadays corn is using in Indian recipes. Using corn can made recipes like corn cutlet, corn pulav, etc.
Kids like to have some varieties. And this lockdown extension is very much boring for kids. So here I am sharing one of easy recipe which all age group can be enjoy.
1 pack: Baked canapes
1 bowl corn
1 t-spoon chill flakes, pizza seasoning, peri peri each
1 t-spoon salt
1 spoon butter
1 vati mayonnaise (add grated cheese in)
Boiled 1 bowl of corn and drained out water
In a pan take 1 spoon butter add all 1 t-spoon chill flakes, pizza seasoning, peri peri each & 1 t-spoon salt
Then add 1 bowl corn into and mixed well. In one plate put bake canapes add masala mixed corn each and every canapes. After on top of it add mayonnaise with cheese.
In one pan brush with oil and on medium flame baked our stuff canapes with lid for 5-7 minutes.Don’t overheat or else canapes can hard.
Then have as starter or as a teatime It is very light snacks.
