Hi friends, presently COVID-19 is going It is major concern for our country, Lockdown is where all world is stopped. We have to take care of our health internally.For strong immune we have to include fiber and vitamins vegetables in our meal. All family members at home specially mommies are concern about our kids health as well as “pareshan ” to vacation hunger.
So here I am sharing easy recipes of soup:
1.Take one bowl of corn,keep a portion of corn side for grinding.
2. Take beans,carrot,green chilli (optional)
3.In a vessel take less than 1 ltr water, add carrot,beans and corn & boiled for 10-15 min. In meanwhile, grind corn with chili and make smooth paste.
4.After boiled 10-15 min,add past of corn,salt and black pepper,one spoon of cornflour by diluting with water.
5.All stuff boiled for more5-7 min nut have to stir on medium flame because we have added cornflour or else lumps will be in soup.
6.Switch off gas and serve hot soup in bowl. As per choice while serving add Chinese sauce for more taste.
